Property Transaction Service

Aravis Tours property transaction service is here to help you with the purchase or the sale of your property in La Clusaz and the surrounding area.

Our service operates in two ways:

First:                                                                                                             Property owners contact us if they wish to sell their property. We then put buyers in touch with sellers. No commission is paid by the buyer.

Second:                                                                                                     Potential buyers contact us  with their requirements, and we then search the area for properties matching their criteria. For this service a one off non returnable payment is required to cover expenses, followed by a percentage of the purchase price.

For both types of transaction, and at no additional cost, we provide:

Advice on the property market.      

Translation Services.                                     

We also contact and arranging meetings with Notaires, for the signing of preliminary and final contracts.

We also offer an after sale or purchase care, for a period of up to six months.
