How we can Help you? Aravis Tours property transaction service is here to help you with the purchase or the sale of your property in La Clusaz and the surrounding area.
For Vendors: Property owners contact us if they wish to sell their property. We then put buyers in touch with sellers. No commission is paid by the buyer. Meeting with agents and help with the necessary arrangements will be charged at an hourly rate.
For Purchasers: Potential buyers contact us with their requirements, and we then search the area for properties matching their criteria. For this service a one off non returnable payment is required to cover expenses, followed by a fee based on an hourly rate.
Area overview The local area is known as the Aravis Ski Area, and consists of the resorts of La Clusaz, Manigod, St Jean de Sixt, Le Grand Bornand and Le Chinaillon. La Clusaz and Manigod have the largest combined ski area, while Le Grand Bornand and Le Chinaillon provide an area more suited to beginners and intermediates. St. Jean de Sixt has a very limited area, but is situated squarely between the two major resorts. La Clusaz is the most lively of the villages, with plenty of bars and restaurants and a couple of Discoteques. Le Grand Bornand has several restaurants and 3 or 4 bars. St.Jean has a couple of bars and restaurants, while Le Chinaillon has a pub and a few restaurants. Manigod has very little, but is basically a quiet place to self-cater and ski.
