Etalière is situated in a modern block of
twelve apartments situated a 15 min walk from the centre of La
Clusaz. There is a ski bus stop 250 metres away, and the bus will
whisk you to the slopes and the town in 5 mins.
A
feature of the apartment is the large wrap around balcony, that
attracts the sun all day in both winter and summer.
The accommodation is as follows:
Lounge/kitchen/diner with small oven,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge with very small freezer and a
microwave.
There are ample chairs and a large kitchen style table.
There is a queen size bed in the master
bedroom off the mezzanine, on which there is space for the fifth
bed.
A small bunk room, with 2 full size bunks and a closing
door.
A Separate WC
A bathroom with half bath and shower plus a sink and vanity
unit.
There is a TV and A DVD player
A washing machine is provided
